The short version: use the protocol only if you understand onchain transactions and can afford to lose the full value involved. The contracts are designed to operate transparently, but no smart contract, blockchain, market, token, website, RPC, wallet, oracle, bridge, or third-party integration can be guaranteed to work perfectly or remain available.
Agreement to these terms
By connecting a wallet, selecting both acceptance boxes, or using a transaction feature on the Magic Mushroom Money interface, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Notice below. Acceptance is recorded in your browser for the connected wallet address and the displayed document version.
If you do not agree, disconnect your wallet and do not use the transaction features. You may still read public information presented by the website and blockchain explorers.
An experimental, first-of-its-kind design
Magic Mushroom Money is designed as a novel, early-stage system combining token-backed NFTs, redemption, protocol-fee routing, SPY-denominated distributions, and NFT-based governance. The project aims to explore a first-of-its-kind structure; that description is about the design goal, not a promise of uniqueness, performance, or commercial success.
The website is an interface for interacting with public smart contracts. Transactions are submitted by your wallet and settled by Robinhood Chain. The interface does not take custody of your wallet or sign transactions for you.
Who may use it
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and old enough to do so where you live. You may not use the protocol where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, court orders, or restrictions that apply to you.
You are responsible for understanding the laws, reporting obligations, and tax treatment that apply to your activity. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
Technology and market risks
The project is built carefully, but emerging onchain systems involve real risk. Before signing any transaction, review the wallet prompt and make sure the contract address, network, asset, and amount are correct.
MMM, NFTs, SPY and “Dividends”
Magic Mushroom NFTs are intended to represent redeemable onchain positions according to the deployed contracts. Contract state—not website estimates or descriptions—determines ownership, backing, fees, eligibility, claims, and redemption.
The interface uses the word “Dividends” as a plain-language label for protocol-fee distributions allocated through the dividend vault. It does not mean a corporate dividend, equity ownership, a guaranteed yield, a debt obligation, or a legal interest in SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust or its underlying securities.
SPY on Robinhood Chain is a third-party tokenized asset. Holding or receiving it is not the same as directly owning shares of the underlying ETF, and its issuer terms, redemption arrangements, price, availability, and risks are outside Magic Mushroom Money’s control.
No fee amount, annual percentage yield, distribution frequency, token price, liquidity level, governance outcome, or future utility is promised. Estimates are illustrative and may differ materially from onchain results.
Your wallet remains your responsibility
You control your wallet, private keys, approvals, and transaction decisions. The project will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Keep them private, verify every signature request, and use appropriate wallet security.
If your device, wallet, credentials, or connected applications are compromised, someone may be able to act as you. The project cannot recover keys, reverse confirmed transactions, or restore assets sent to an incorrect address.
Third-party services
The interface may link to or rely on PONS, Robinhood Chain, Reown, wallet providers, RPC services, block explorers, IPFS gateways, hosting providers, token issuers, decentralized exchanges, and other independent services. Their terms, privacy practices, security, uptime, and continued availability are their responsibility.
Magic Mushroom Money is an independent project and is not presented as being sponsored by or affiliated with Robinhood, SPDR, State Street, PONS, or any wallet or infrastructure provider unless an official announcement expressly says otherwise.
Availability and changes
The website and supporting services may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or operational reasons. Public smart contracts may remain accessible even when the website is unavailable.
Governance or contract rules may permit certain parameters to change. Always read current onchain state before acting. Historical screenshots, documentation, simulations, or interface values may become outdated.
A fair allocation of responsibility
The interface and protocol are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a guarantee that they will always be secure, uninterrupted, accurate, profitable, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its contributors are not responsible for losses arising from market movement, smart-contract behavior, user error, wallet compromise, network or third-party failure, inaccessible services, regulatory action, or events beyond their reasonable control. This does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the protocol, integrations, or legal environment develops. The effective date and version will change when a material update is published. The website will ask each wallet to accept a new version before enabling wallet actions again.
Questions can be sent through the official contact channels published at magic-mushroom.money. Never trust contact details sent only through unsolicited direct messages.
Privacy Notice
What the interface handles. When you connect, the browser receives your public wallet address, selected network, public balances, NFT ownership, allowances, and other public blockchain information needed to display and prepare transactions. This information is already public on the blockchain.
Acceptance record. The website stores the connected wallet address, terms version, and acceptance timestamp in local browser storage. This lets the interface remember acceptance for that wallet on that browser. It is not an onchain transaction and does not prove acceptance on another device or after browser storage is cleared.
What we do not request. The interface does not request or store your seed phrase or private key. Wallet signatures and transaction approvals happen inside your wallet provider.
Infrastructure data. Hosting, RPC, wallet-connection, API, explorer, and security providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, request time, browser details, and requested resources under their own privacy policies. Public blockchain transactions reveal wallet activity permanently.
Analytics and sale of data. The interface does not currently enable Reown analytics and does not intentionally sell personal information. If analytics or additional data processing is introduced later, this notice will be updated before the change is treated as part of an accepted version.
Your choices. You can disconnect your wallet, clear this site’s local storage, use a separate wallet address, or stop using the interface. Clearing storage causes the acceptance prompt to appear again. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by the website.
